Best in this hotel is the parking. Rooms were refurbished. We did not take breakfast (ate outside).

There was some cigarretes smell in the lobby (outside the rooms in some of the floors).

Pet friendly!!!! Our dog, Chewbacca, had the greatest stay!!! Great location, just a short walk from the lake and city center. Very clean and great staff!!! Easy free parking!!!

The breakfast was okay. It wasn't horrible but there is mostly bread and I'm gluten free. They have a cappuccino machine but they only use it for drip coffee! I would say the breakfast is overpriced ...

Excellent location - it is exactly inside the center of Ioannina! Balcony including view of the lake (in high floors), although the lake is not so impressive from that distance.

Shower with a cheap curtain, I expected for more in this hotel rating. Very basic breakfast, nothing extra, nothing pampering.
